As a practicing UX architect there are deliverables or documents (artifacts) I produce for my clients. These are really used to communicate the user experience. Some projects include just one artifact while others can include multiple items and sometimes I work with researchers and other UX designers to complete the project.
A summary representation of the system's intended users, often described as real people.
A visual representation that describes the journey of a user by representing the different touchpoints that characterize his/her interaction with the service.
INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE / SITEMAPS
The art and science of organizing and labeling websites, intranets, online communities and software to support usability and findability.
A visualization of a process centered around a specific task or function.
Wireframes / Prototypes
A simplified view of what content will appear on each screen of the final product, usually devoid of color, typographical styles, and images.
